PLOEN refers to a Personalized-Learning Online Environment Platform that focuses on the transition of learning from present to future in three dimensions: The first dimension is a learning framework based on the OECD Learning Framework 2030 emphasizing the mobility of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values through a process of reflection, anticipation, and action to develop the relevant competencies needed to engage with the world; The second dimension is learning with pleasure by applying Gamification design principles to teaching and learning within the application, which consists of the application of elements from 3 types of games: Point (Level), Badge, and Leaderboard  (User Competencies Dashboard), which will create a "PLOEN (enjoyable)" learning atmosphere where the students may not be aware that they are playing the game; and the third dimension is the Human-Computer Interaction using five senses to connect the user to the system, including Neuron, Touch, Sound, Movement and Voice-User Interfaces from commanding through 3 types of sensors, including Mobile Sensors, Gesture Sensor and Face-Detective Technology.
